In a historic move, MLB becomes the first of the four major leagues to make the shift with an exclusive multi-year strategic partnership. The strategic partnership will align with the launch of Charlotte’s Web Sport and as a part of the agreement, Charlotte’s Web will issue 6,119,121 common shares to MLB for providing exclusive marketing and ancillary rights, as well as revenue-sharing rights on co-branded MLB/Charlotte’s Web products.
