Australian Professional MMA Fighter and Cannabis Advocate Jessica-Rose Clark is fighting for normalization.

MMA Athletes endure long hours, taxing seasons and constant injuries. Jessica-Rose is a huge advocate for CBD topicals, chatting about her experience and journey on a number of different platforms.

“I use cbdMD Recover every day. I rub down my joints with it before every workout, and sometimes after when I need extra support. And cbdMD Freeze with menthol is perfect for my sore feet and legs after I’ve been kicking the pads all day.”

Earlier this year, the UFC announced significant changes to its Anti-Doping Policy. Carboxy-THC, the psychoactive ingredient in cannabis would no longer be considered a violation of the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, unless evidence exists that an athlete used it intentionally for performance-enhancing purposes.

Topicals, oils and other unique solutions offer athletes a clean alternative to traditional modalities. Education will ultimately lead the Cannabis Charge & provide a grounds to normalize the conversation.
